Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By registering for or using NexMint ("NexMint", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Registration & Account

You must provide accurate details. You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. One account per person.

3. Earning Activities

Earnings from referrals or other programs are only granted for genuine activity that complies with the rules. Duplicate rewards, self-referrals, bot activity, coordinated fraud or attempts to bypass safeguards are prohibited and may result in reversal, suspension or termination.

4. Referrals

Referral commissions are paid on eligible SMM deposits made by referred users. Amounts and rules are set by NexMint and may change from time to time.

5. Wallets, Deposits & Withdrawals

NexMint has independent wallets: SMM Wallet and Freelance Wallet. Deposits and withdrawals are managed centrally from Home. Deposits can be made via Tuma STK Push (instant) or manual M-Pesa Send Money (requires admin approval). Withdrawals are paid to the M-Pesa number you provide, subject to a minimum of KES 50 and a 15% withdrawal fee. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect payment details you provide.

6. Payment Verification

You authorise us to verify submitted transaction codes, screenshots and M-Pesa messages. False, altered or duplicate payment proofs will be rejected and may result in permanent suspension.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not attempt to defraud the platform, exploit bugs, tamper with balances, use bots, sell/buy accounts, or use the platform for any illegal purpose.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Balances obtained through fraud or abuse may be forfeited.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms, fees, rewards and rules by posting a new version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Marketplace Terms

The eFootball Marketplace lets members buy and sell eFootball accounts. Marketplace funds are held by NexMint pending transaction completion — this is not a legally regulated escrow service.

Seller responsibilities: Listings must be accurate and complete. Sellers must transfer the account within the seller transfer period and mark transfer complete only after transferring. Sellers cannot buy their own listings.

Buyer responsibilities: Buyers must confirm receipt only after genuinely receiving and testing the account, verifying the advertised features and players, and confirming the seller's information was accurate. Buyer confirmation moves the transaction to awaiting admin release and does not itself release payment.

Listing accuracy: False, misleading or incomplete listings may be rejected, suspended or removed, and associated payouts withheld.

Marketplace service fee: A configurable commission percentage is applied to each sale and retained by NexMint as platform revenue. The commission percentage is frozen on the transaction at purchase time and does not change for historical transactions if the setting is later changed.

Transaction confirmation & payment release: After the buyer confirms the transfer, the transaction awaits Super Admin release. Only a Super Admin can release held funds to the seller's marketplace balance. Funds are not auto-released if a party fails to respond.

Disputes & refunds: Either party may open a dispute on an active transaction. Disputed funds remain held. Super Admin may release payment, refund the buyer, keep funds held, or close the dispute. All decisions are recorded in the audit system.

Deadlines: Configurable seller transfer and buyer confirmation periods apply. Expired deadlines require admin intervention and do not auto-release payment.

Prohibited activity: Buying your own listing, manipulating balances, commission or transaction status, duplicate purchases, chargeback abuse, selling accounts you do not own, or any fraud is prohibited and may result in forfeiture, suspension or termination.

Marketplace balance: Seller net payouts are credited to a dedicated marketplace balance, separate from other wallets, and are withdrawable subject to the existing withdrawal rules and admin approval.
